The invention discloses a charging pile with a heating function and a working method thereof. The charging pile comprises an oil tank; cooling liquid is arranged in the oil tank, the output end of the oil tank is connected with the input end of the filling pump, the output end of the filling pump is connected with the input end of the first temperature control valve, and the output end of the first temperature control valve and the output end of the second temperature control valve each comprise a port B and a port C. The port B of the first temperature control valve and the port B of the second temperature control valve are connected with one end of a cooling channel of a gun line. The other end of the gun line cooling channel is connected with the oil tank input end; a C port of the first temperature control valve is connected with the input end of the second temperature control valve; a C port of the second temperature control valve is connected with one end of a cooling channel of the gun line, a second temperature sensor and a heating device are arranged on a pipeline between the C port of the second temperature control valve and the gun line, the output end of the second temperature sensor is connected with a controller of the charging pile, and the controller is connected with the heating device. According to the technical scheme, the gun wire can be heated at a low temperature, so that the gun wire can be in a relatively soft state and is convenient to bend, and a user can conveniently charge charging equipment.

    本发明公开了一种带加热功能的充电桩及其工作方法,包括油箱;油箱内设置有冷却液,油箱输出端连接加注泵输入端,加注泵输出端连接第一温控阀输入端,第一温控阀和第二温控阀输出端均包括B口和C口,第一温控阀的B口和第二温控阀的B口连接枪线的冷却通道一端,枪线的冷却通道另一端连接油箱输入端;第一温控阀的C口连接第二温控阀输入端;第二温控阀的C口连接枪线的冷却通道一端,第二温控阀的C口和枪线之间的管路上设置有第二温度传感器和加热装置,第二温度传感器输出端连接充电桩的控制器,控制器连接加热装置。能够在低温时,对枪线进行加热,使得枪线能够处于相对柔软的状态,方便弯曲,从而方便用户给充电设备的充电操作。
