The embodiment of the invention provides an energy consumption prediction method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that driving parameters and working parameters of an electric vehicle are acquired; the driving parameters represent parameters in the driving process of the electric vehicle; the working parameters represent working state parameters of a working system in the electric vehicle; road characteristics of the electric vehicle are determined based on the driving parameters, and a first corresponding relation between the driving parameters and the road characteristics and a second corresponding relation between the driving parameters, the road characteristics and energy consumption parameters of the electric vehicle are obtained; determining a first mapping relationship between the energy consumption parameter of the working system corresponding to the road characteristics and the output torque of the working system; under the condition that the energy consumption parameter exceeds an energy consumption threshold value, determining a to-be-predicted driving parameter and a to-be-predicted energy consumption parameter corresponding to the energy consumption parameter; and determining a predicted torque corresponding to the to-be-predicted energy consumption parameter based on a golden search algorithm and the to-be-predicted driving parameter.
