The invention provides an enhanced PVC/TPU (polyvinyl chloride/thermoplastic polyurethane) space composite material, which comprises a space composite material main body, space mesh cloth is arranged in the space composite material main body, two sides of the surface of the space mesh cloth are coated with PU (polyurethane) paste, one side of the surface of the space mesh cloth coated with the PU paste is adhered with a casting TPU film, and the other side of the surface of the space mesh cloth coated with the PU paste is adhered with a PVC sandwich mesh surface layer. According to the reinforced PVC/TPU space composite material and the preparation method, different materials are adopted on the two faces, the material integrates the advantages of PVC and TPU materials, and the requirements of some special fields are met; the surface layer is made of a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) sandwich net material, so that the strength is high, the problem that a single-layer PVC film on the surface is easy to crack and leak air is effectively solved, and compared with a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material, the cost is lower, the weather resistance is better, and the subsequent processing is easier to operate; the TPU film is used as the bottom layer, so that the material has better wear resistance when being in contact with the ground for a long time, the service life of the material is prolonged, and the material is more environment-friendly.

    本发明提供一种增强型PVC/TPU空间复合材料,包括:空间复合材料主体,所述空间复合材料主体的内部设置有空间网布,所述空间网布表面的两侧均涂覆有PU糊,所述上PU糊的空间网布表面一侧粘接流延TPU膜,另一侧粘接PVC夹网面层。本发明提供一种增强型PVC/TPU空间复合材料及制备方法,双面采用了不同材质,该材料综合了PVC和TPU各自材料的优点,满足一些特殊领域的需求;采用PVC夹网材料做面层,除强度高外,有效改善了表面单层PVC膜易折裂漏气问题,相比TPU材质成本更低,耐侯性更好,后道加工更易操作;采用TPU膜做底层,长期接触地面使用,有更好的耐磨性能,不仅延长了材料的使用寿命并且更加环保。
