The invention discloses a smart parking lot dynamic management method and system based on a cloud technology. The system comprises an acquisition module, a cloud service platform module, an analysis module, a message management module, a parking space management module, a charging module, an input module, a remote terminal and a vehicle detection module. According to the invention, the safety of the vehicles and the parking lot is improved by detecting the vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot; parking behavior analysis is carried out on vehicles, and the vehicles with abnormal behaviors are focused to follow up. The system is connected with the cloud service platform through a corresponding APP or an applet, and a consumer can check and reserve an unoccupied parking space, reasonably plan the time, and avoid the excessive congestion caused by no parking space.

    本发明公开了一种基于云技术的智慧停车场动态管理方法及系统,包括采集模块、云服务平台模块、分析模块、消息管理模块、车位管理模块、收费模块、录入模块、远程终端、车辆检测模块。本发明通过对出入场车辆进行检测,提高了车辆和停车场的安全性;通过对于车辆进行停车行为分析,对于存在异常行为的车辆进行重点跟进。通过对应的APP或者小程序连接云服务平台,消费者可以进行空闲车位查看和车位预约,合理规划时间,避免无车位出现的过度拥挤。
