The invention discloses an intersection vehicle trajectory prediction system and method considering traffic flow characteristics. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an intersection vehicle motion trajectory data set; traffic flow characteristic analysis is carried out on the track clusters obtained through clustering, and traffic flow characteristic information under all behavior intentions of the intersection is obtained; acquiring historical time domain trajectory information of the target vehicle and surrounding vehicles; predicting a behavior intention of the target vehicle; obtaining traffic flow characteristic information corresponding to the target vehicle behavior intention; and establishing a long-short-term memory neural network for multi-modal trajectory prediction, and outputting multivariate Gaussian distribution parameters of a final prediction trajectory. According to the invention, by introducing the traffic flow characteristics, multi-modal trajectory prediction which better accords with real traffic distribution can be carried out for different intersections, and the traffic safety of the intersections is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种考虑交通流特性的交叉路口车辆轨迹预测系统和方法,方法包括:建立交叉路口车辆运动轨迹数据集合;对聚类得到的轨迹簇分别进行交通流特性分析,得到交叉路口所有行为意图下的交通流特性信息;获取目标车辆和周围车辆的历史时域轨迹信息;预测得到目标车辆的行为意图;得到目标车辆行为意图所对应的交通流特性信息;建立多模态轨迹预测的长短期记忆神经网络,输出最终预测轨迹多元高斯分布参数。本发明通过引入交通流特性,能够针对不同交叉路口,进行更加符合真实交通分布的多模态轨迹预测,有效提升交叉路口通行的安全性。
