The invention discloses a posture monitoring system and an adjusting method in the hoisting process of a large-scale structure. The posture monitoring system comprises a wireless tilt angle sensor, a connecting base station, a background processing PC and a handheld display, the wireless tilt angle sensor is used for collecting angle change data information between a measured plane and a reference plane and transmitting the collected angle change data information to the connecting base station; the connection base station is used for demodulating the angle change data information and transmitting the demodulated angle data to the background processing PC; the background processing PC is used for checking the demodulated angle data transmitted by the wireless tilt angle sensor and storing the demodulated angle data; and the handheld display is used for receiving the angle change data information transmitted by the wireless tilt angle sensor, demodulating the angle change data information, displaying the demodulated angle information and storing the demodulated angle information. According to the invention, the aerial posture of the hanging object is accurately fed back, and the problem of parallax caused by human eye observation is avoided.

    本发明公开一种大型结构物吊装过程姿态监测系统及调整方法,包括无线倾角传感器、连接基站、后台处理PC以及手持显示器;无线倾角传感器用于收集被测平面与基准面之间的角度变化数据信息,并将收集到的角度变化数据信息传输给连接基站;连接基站用于对角度变化数据信息进行解调,并将解调后的角度数据传输给后台处理PC;后台处理PC用于查看无线倾角传感器传输的解调后的角度数据,并对解调后的角度数据进行存储;手持显示器用于接收无线倾角传感器传输的角度变化数据信息,对角度变化数据信息进行解调,将解调后的角度信息进行显示,并将解调后的角度信息进行保存。本发明达到了准确地反馈吊物的空中姿态,避免由于人眼观察存在视差的问题。
