The present invention relates to an underground facility of a novel structure and a construction method, which can save cooling and heating costs by easily maintaining temperature. According to the underground facility construction structure of the present invention, the facility main body (10) is constructed in the form of being buried in the ground (1), and the temperature is kept constant, therefore, the advantage is that fuel and electricity are saved and cooling and heating costs are saved by adjusting the temperature. In particular, the cover member (12) is formed by bending a corrugated steel sheet into an arc shape, so that the cover member (12) can be manufactured inexpensively while being light in weight and convenient to transport and construct.
