The invention belongs to the technical field of carrying equipment, and particularly relates to a winding AGV forklift, through the arrangement of a supporting mechanism, when a supporting arm is used for supporting and transferring a thin film roll, the shape and size of the wound thin film roll can be matched with those of a plurality of limiting stoppers in a protection mechanism, and therefore the thin film roll is limited; rolling in the transferring process is avoided, and the transferring safety is improved; the supporting device is arranged, and the supporting arm can rotate, so that the height difference material loading and unloading requirements of different machining devices are met, additional supporting protection can be provided for the supporting arm, part deformation or accidental falling caused by stress is avoided, and meanwhile operation of parts is not affected; furthermore, through a liquid controller, the supporting state of the supporting device can be conveniently and rapidly adjusted according to needs, and the effects of locking, throttling speed reduction or opening on-off are achieved.
