The invention relates to the technical field of building construction equipment dispatching, and particularly discloses a jacking method and system for group tower construction. The jacking method for group tower construction comprises the steps that tower crane basic information and tower crane construction safety indexes are obtained; combining the tower crane basic information with a tower crane construction safety index to establish a safety identification area; the tower cranes are classified according to the target tower crane, the anchoring tower cranes and the free tower cranes, and the free tower cranes in the safe identification area of the target tower crane are adjusted out of the safe identification area of the target tower crane; and 6, collision detection is conducted on the target tower crane, the free tower crane and the anchoring tower crane through a collision detection algorithm, if collision exists, the data adjusted in the step 5 serves as initial data and is repeated till collision does not exist, and then a jacking scheme is exported. The objective of the invention is to solve the problems of time-consuming and labor-consuming establishment of the existing group tower top lifting operation scheme and lack of a group tower top lifting scheduling system.
