本发明公开了一种塔式起重机顶升系统,包括顶升横梁、标准节、防脱装置,所述顶升横梁的端部设有第一连接杆;所述防脱装置包括设置在所述标准节上的连接板,所述连接板上设有第一连接缺口,所述第一连接杆与所述第一连接缺口抵接;所述防脱装置还包括设置在所述顶升横梁与所述标准节之间的卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构与所述标准节连接的一端设置在所述第一连接缺口的下方。顶升横梁通过第一连接杆从上方安装到第一连接缺口上,即实现顶升横梁与标准节的安装;再通过下方的卡扣结构保持第一连接杆和第一连接缺口位置固定,防止第一连接杆从第一连接缺口脱出,使得顶升横梁与标准节安装效率高且安装安全可靠。

A first connecting rod is arranged at the end of the jacking cross beam; the anti-dropping device includes a connecting plate arranged on the standard section, the connecting plate is provided with a first connecting notch, and the first connecting rod abuts against the first connecting notch; the anti-dropping device further includes a buckle structure arranged between the lifting cross beam and the standard section, and the end, connected to the standard section, of the buckle structure is arranged below the first connecting notch. The jacking cross beam is installed from the upper part of to the first connecting notch throughthe first connecting rod, that is, the installation of the jacking cross beam and the standard section is realized; the positions of the first connecting rod and the first connecting notch are kept fixed by the lower buckle structure to prevent the first connecting rod from coming out of the first connecting notch, so that the lifting cross beam and the standard section are high in installation efficiency and safe and reliable in installation.
