An ultrahigh escalator stainless steel skin hoisting method comprises the following steps that S1, one side of a lower side part is connected with a supporting steel beam assembly through a chain block, and the other opposite side of the lower side part is connected with a crane; s2, the lower side part is hoisted to a first preset position through cooperation of a chain block and the crane and fixed to the lower side of the supporting steel beam assembly in advance; s3, a jig frame is manufactured, and the upper side part is assembled on the corresponding jig frame; and S4, the jig frame is connected with a crane, and the upper side part is lifted to a second preset position through the crane and fixed to the upper side of the supporting steel beam assembly in advance. According to the ultrahigh escalator stainless steel skin hoisting method, the supporting steel beam assembly is matched with the chain block to hoist the inner side of the upper side part, the crane hoists the outer side part, the manufacturing amount of a jig frame is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is improved, and the influence on the construction period is avoided.
