The invention discloses a method for replacing a rotor shaft rubber bowl on a main speed reducer in a non-off-position mode, and the method comprises the steps that S1, a pendulum damper, a rotor blade, a rotor hub and an automatic inclinator are sequentially disassembled and off-position from the main speed reducer, and then connection of a hydraulic booster is disconnected; and S2, under the condition that it is guaranteed that the main speed reducer is horizontal, the main speed reducer upper casing assembly is hoisted away from the main speed reducer lower casing assembly through hoisting equipment. S3, in the state that the upper casing assembly is lifted, an oil supply lining in a lower rotor shaft is disassembled, and then a rubber bowl is replaced; s4, under the condition that the main speed reducer is kept horizontal, the main speed reducer upper case assembly is reinstalled on the main speed reducer; and S5, the automatic inclinator, the rotor hub, the pendulum damper, the rotor blade and the hydraulic booster are sequentially installed back or reconnected. According to the method for replacing the rotor shaft rubber bowl on the main speed reducer in a non-off-position mode, the replacement efficiency of the rotor shaft rubber bowl of the main speed reducer of a certain type of helicopter can be effectively improved, the external field maintenance period is shortened, and the troubleshooting cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种在主减速器机上不离位更换旋翼轴胶碗的方法,包括:S1、将摆式减振器、旋翼桨叶、旋翼桨毂、自动倾斜器从主减速器上依次分解并离位,然后断开液压助力器的连接;S2、在保证主减速器水平的情况下,用吊装设备将主减速器上机匣组件从主减速器下机匣组件上吊离。S3、在上机匣组件吊起状态下,分解下旋翼轴内供油衬套然后更换胶碗;S4、在保证主减速器水平的情况下,将主减速器上机匣组件重新安装到主减速器上;S5、将自动倾斜器、旋翼桨毂、摆式减振器、旋翼桨叶、液压助力器依次装回或重新连接。本发明提供一种在主减速器机上不离位更换旋翼轴胶碗的方法,可有效提高某型直升机主减速器旋翼轴胶碗更换效率,降低外场维修周期及排故成本。
