The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter structures, and discloses a large variable cross-section cylindrical honeycomb sandwich structure which comprises four wall plates, namely a left wall plate, a platform wall plate, a right wall plate and a bottom wall plate, the four wall plates are connected to form a transition section overall structure of a tail beam and a fuselage of a helicopter, and the four wall plates are all of plate-shaped structures with honeycomb main bodies. And the four wall plates are connected with one another through connecting band plates. The variable cross-section cylindrical structure meets the connection requirement of a transition area between the helicopter fuselage and the oblique beam, is light in weight and high in bearing capacity, can effectively weaken the situation that vibration is transmitted to the fuselage by the tail rotor wing, simplifies the machining and manufacturing difficulty on the basis of achieving the structural configuration function and light weight, decomposes and miniaturizes a large structural part, and reduces the manufacturing cost. And the processing efficiency and the prompting economic benefits are effectively improved. The structure has good designability, and the self structural form can be changed according to different connecting structural forms.

    本发明属于直升机结构技术领域,公开了一种大型变截面筒状蜂窝夹层结构,包括四个壁板:左壁板、平台壁板、右壁板和底部壁板,四个壁板连接后形成直升机尾梁与机身的过渡段总体结构,其中四个壁板均是主体为蜂窝的板状结构,四个壁板相互之间通过连接带板连接。本发明的变截面筒状结构满足了直升机机身与斜梁之间过渡区域的连接的要求,且重量轻,承载能力强,还能有效减弱尾旋翼将振动传递给机身,实现了结构构型功能和轻量化基础上,还简化加工制造难度,将大型结构件分解小型化,有效提高加工效率和提示经济效益。本发明结构具有良好的可设计性,可以根据连接结构形式不同改变自身结构形式。
