The driving structure of the electric outboard engine comprises a threading pipe, the upper end and the lower end of the threading pipe are connected to an overwater device and an underwater propelling device of the electric outboard engine respectively, and a driving motor is arranged in the threading pipe and does not occupy the internal space of the overwater device and the internal space of the underwater propelling device; and the output shaft of the driving motor extends into the underwater propelling device and is in transmission connection with the propeller shaft through the reduction gear set, so that the use requirements of speed reduction and torque increase are met.
