The invention discloses a method for installing and positioning a cylindrical pile leg and a pile shoe thereof, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: segmenting; a ship hoists the first subsection pile leg in a floating state of a wharf; before the ship enters the dock, the pile shoe is placed in place at the dock bottom; after the ship is docked, the pile shoes directly fall on the positions of the pile shoe areas in the ship; the first section of pile leg is assembled with the pile shoe; after the pile shoe and the first pile leg are assembled in the dock, the ship leaves the dock, the second pile leg is hoisted in the floating state of the dock, and after the second pile leg and the first pile leg are positioned, the second pile leg and the first pile leg are assembled; and the third section of pile leg is hoisted in the floating state of the wharf, and the third section of pile leg and the second section of pile leg are assembled after being positioned. On the basis that the manufacturing quality of the pile shoe and the pile leg is guaranteed, the pile shoe is firstly placed at the dock bottom, then the ship enters the dock for positioning, and compared with the mode that the ship enters the dock and then the pile shoe is lifted to the dock bottom for positioning, the time for shifting, adjusting and positioning the pile shoe in the dock is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种圆柱型桩腿及其桩靴安装定位方法,其特征在于,步骤包括分段;船在码头浮态下吊装所述第一分段桩腿;船进坞前,将桩靴在坞底摆放到位;船进坞后,所述桩靴直接落在摆放的船内桩靴区位置上;第一段桩腿与桩靴装配;在船坞内完成所述桩靴和所述第一段桩腿装配工作后,船出坞,码头浮态下吊装所述第二段桩腿,所述第二段桩腿与所述第一段桩腿定位后,装配;码头浮态下吊装所述第三段桩腿,所述第三段桩腿与所述第二段桩腿定位后,装配。在保证桩靴与桩腿的制作质量的基础上,通过桩靴先放船坞底,船再进坞定位,相比船先进坞,再吊桩靴进船坞底进行定位,极大减少坞内对桩靴移位、调整定位的时间。
