A charging pile installation method comprises the following steps that at the arrangement position of a charging pile, a charging pile base used for installing the charging pile is fixed to the ground; fixing a junction box base for mounting the junction box on the ground at the junction box mounting position; the junction box base is composed of a first supporting plate and first sealing plates on the two sides. The charging pile base is composed of a second supporting plate, a second bottom plate and second side sealing plates. Fixing the wire ducts of the wire boxes between the junction box base and the charging pile base and/or between the charging pile base and the adjacent charging pile base on the ground; the upper end of the wire slot is bent towards the inside of the slot; mounting and fixing the junction box on the junction box base; mounting and fixing each charging pile on the charging pile base; laying a cable in the wire duct; one end of each cable is connected with the junction box, and the other end is connected with the charging pile; and covering and fixing the slot cover on the wire slot. During construction, redundant building materials are not needed, field installation is convenient and fast, meanwhile, the underground pipe network crossing risk is avoided, the construction period is shortened, and the engineering cost is saved.

    一种充电桩安装方法,步骤如下:在充电桩的设置位置,将用于安装充电桩的充电桩基座固定于地面;在分线箱安装位置,将用于安装分线箱的分线箱基座固定于地面;分线箱基座由支撑板一、两侧封板一组成;充电桩基座由支撑板二、底板二、两侧封板二组成;将分线箱基座与充电桩基座之间和/或充电桩基座与相邻充电桩基座之间的线盒的线槽固定于地面;线槽上端向槽内弯折;将分线箱安装固定于分线箱基座;将各充电桩安装固定于充电桩基座;在线槽内敷设电缆;而后将各电缆一端与分线箱连接,另一端与充电桩连接;将槽盖盖设于线槽上并固定。本发明施工时无需多余建筑材料,现场安装便捷,同时避开地下管网交叉风险,既缩短施工周期,又节约工程成本。
