The invention provides a charging control system and a charging station. The charging control system comprises at least one charging control module located in a charging management layer, wherein each charging control module comprises a charging management unit serving as an electric control unit; the at least one power control module is located on a power management layer, and each power control module comprises a power management unit serving as an electric control unit and a power distribution unit connected with the power management unit; wherein each charging management unit is configured to be connected with at least one to-be-charged vehicle, receive a charging request of the to-be-charged vehicle and send the charging request to the power management unit connected with the charging management unit; and the power management unit is configured to control the power distribution unit to distribute power to the charging management unit according to the scheduling instruction and the received charging request, and monitor the charging management unit to charge the vehicle to be charged by using the distributed power so as to complete charging power control. The charging control system can be rapidly combined and deployed according to application scenes, and development time and cost are saved.
