The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging control method and device based on time-of-use electricity price and peak clipping and valley filling, and the method comprises the steps: building a charging optimization control model based on the charging cost and the compensation obtained by peak clipping and valley filling according to the minimization of the electricity cost as an objective function and set constraint conditions; equivalently converting the calculation formulas of the peak clipping power and the valley filling power into a mixed integer linear form for calculation; and solving the charging optimization control model constructed according to the power utilization cost minimization as the target function and the set constraint conditions to obtain an electric vehicle charging strategy. According to the method, peak clipping and valley filling auxiliary service compensation excitation is further considered on the basis of the time-of-use electricity price, the charging cost of the user is further reduced, and meanwhile the flexible adjustment supporting capacity of the electric vehicle load for the power grid is fully exerted.

    本申请公开了一种基于分时电价和削峰填谷的电动汽车充电控制方法及装置,方法包括:基于充电成本和削峰填谷获取的补偿,根据用电成本最小化为目标函数和设置的约束条件构建充电优化控制模型;将削峰功率和填谷功率的计算式等效转换成混合整数线性的形式进行计算;求解所述根据用电成本最小化为目标函数和设置的约束条件构建充电优化控制模型,得到电动汽车充电策略。本申请通过在分时电价的基础上进一步考虑削峰填谷辅助服务补偿激励,进一步降低用户充电成本,同时充分发挥电动汽车负荷对于电网的灵活调节支撑能力。
