The invention relates to an underwater inspection system for a water-lubricated shafting coating, which relates to the field of ship and ocean engineering, and comprises a steel casting sleeving the outer side of a stern shaft, a stern tube penetrating through the steel casting, an endoscope arranged on the inner side of the stern tube and used for observing the shafting coating, and a cable penetrating through the steel casting and connected with the endoscope. The underwater inspection system for the water-lubricated shafting coating comprises a set of L-shaped endoscope, the lens is upward, the condition of the shafting coating above can be effectively observed, limiting is provided, and the situation that the endoscope is pulled out of a watertight stuffing box, and water leakage is caused is prevented.
