The invention relates to a large-tonnage high-voltage lithium battery forklift cooling control system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a driving assembly, a pump assembly, a hydraulic oil tank assembly, an integrated triple radiator, an electronic fan, a driving assembly cooling unit, a pump assembly cooling unit, a hydraulic oil cooling unit, a controller and a temperature detector. Aiming at a high-performance large-tonnage high-voltage lithium battery forklift, according to different working temperature requirements of a motor, electric control and hydraulic oil, a heat dissipation system is divided into three circulation cooling systems, namely, one path of driving cooling, one path of pump cooling and one path of hydraulic oil cooling, and centralized heat dissipation is achieved through an integrated triple radiator; the large-tonnage high-voltage lithium battery forklift driving and pump two-way water cooling and one-way oil cooling control system is built, an accurate, energy-saving, reliable and stable cooling control system is formed, the requirement that a motor, electric control and hydraulic oil work at the proper temperature is met, and meanwhile the large-tonnage high-voltage lithium battery forklift driving and pump two-way water cooling and one-way oil cooling control system has the advantages that pipeline connection is simple, control logic is easy to achieve, and the energy consumption requirement is low.

    本发明涉及一种大吨位高压锂电叉车冷却控制系统及其控制方法。该系统包括驱动总成、泵总成、液压油箱总成、集成式三联散热器、电子风扇、驱动总成冷却单元、泵总成冷却单元、液压油冷却单元、控制器以及温度检测器。本发明针对高性能大吨位高压锂电叉车,根据电机、电控、液压油工作温度要求不同,将散热系统分为三路循环冷却系统,即为一路驱动冷却、一路泵冷却、一路液压油冷却,由一个集成式三联散热器集中散热,实现了大吨位高压锂电叉车驱动及泵两路水冷、一路油冷控制系统的搭建,形成一个精准节能、可靠稳定的冷却控制系统,既满足电机、电控、液压油均在适宜的温度下工作,同时具有管路连接简洁、控制逻辑易于实现、能耗需求低的优点。
