The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and discloses a tower crane and a mounting method thereof.The tower crane comprises a bottom frame, a tower body, a cargo boom frame, a balance mast, a pulling mast and a pulling rope, the bottom end of the tower body is hinged to the bottom frame and can pivot in the front-back direction, and the first end of the cargo boom frame is connected with the top end of the tower body; the first end of the lifting mast extends forwards, the second end of the lifting mast extends backwards, the first end of the balance mast is connected with the top end of the tower body, the second end of the balance mast extends backwards, the lifting mast is obliquely arranged on the rear portion of the tower body upwards from front to back, and the bottom end of the lifting mast is connected with the bottom frame. The other end of the pulling rope is connected with the second end of the balance mast or the top end of the tower body, and the length of the pulling rope is adjustable. According to the invention, the assembly of the tower body and the installation of components on the tower body can be carried out on the ground, the high-altitude operation of jacking and section adding is avoided, and the safety coefficient is high.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,公开了一种塔式起重机及其安装方法,塔式起重机包括底架、塔身、起重臂架、平衡桅杆、起扳桅杆以及起扳绳索,塔身的底端与底架铰接,并能够沿前后方向枢转,起重臂架的第一端与塔身的顶端连接,第二端朝前方延伸,平衡桅杆的第一端与塔身的顶端连接,第二端朝后方延伸,起扳桅杆从前往后向上倾斜地布置于塔身的后方,起扳桅杆的底端与底架连接,起扳绳索的一端与起扳桅杆的顶端连接,另一端与平衡桅杆的第二端或者塔身的顶端连接,起扳绳索设置为长度可调。本发明使得塔身的组装以及塔身上的部件的安装能够在地面上进行,避免了顶升加节的高空作业,安全系数较高。
