The invention provides an unmanned helicopter moving part state monitoring and fault diagnosis method, which comprises the following steps: step 1, measuring point selection: a sensor is installed at a key position of an unmanned helicopter body, and the sensor realizes signal pickup work of rotating parts and electrical equipment in a transmission system, a power device, a rotor system and a tail rotor system; transmitting the analog signal to airborne data acquisition equipment through a special cable; step 2, data acquisition; step 3, data processing; step 4, data transmission; 5, making a diagnosis scheme; and step 6, outputting a diagnosis result. And step 7, data comprehensive analysis. The method is suitable for state monitoring and fault diagnosis of the moving part of the unmanned helicopter, the fault mechanism is clear, and the implementation mode is simple and reliable.
