The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft vibration design, and particularly relates to a spoiler for improving transonic low-frequency vibration of a rear fuselage and an aircraft with the spoiler. The spoiler (1) is in a triangular cone shape, is arranged on the lower surface (2) of a rear fuselage of an aircraft and is provided with a first edge (11) facing the incoming flow direction, left and right triangles (12) connected with the first edge and used for shunting and upper and lower triangles (13) connected with the upper and lower ends of the first edge (11), and the upper and lower triangles (13) intersect at the tail end of the spoiler in the incoming flow direction to form a second edge (14). And the upper triangle is in contact connection with the lower surface (2) of the rear fuselage of the aircraft. Energy is injected into low-energy fluid of the boundary layer of the fuselage of the aircraft after the low-energy fluid passes through the spoilers, nearby local flow is changed, the strength of shock waves is greatly weakened, and the amplitude of low-frequency vibration of the fuselage is reduced by about 40%. The vibration generated by the rear fuselage at the transonic speed can be effectively reduced.
