The invention relates to a heavy truck auxiliary brake switch and a control strategy, the auxiliary brake switch is integrated with a windscreen wiper combination switch, and the auxiliary brake switch respectively controls a hydraulic retarder and a brake in an engine cylinder; a switch signal line of a brake in an engine cylinder and a B-gear signal line of the hydraulic buffer switch are connected with a B-gear of the auxiliary brake switch; a first-gear signal line of the brake in the engine cylinder is connected with a first-gear signal line of the hydraulic buffer switch and a second-gear signal line of the hydraulic buffer switch respectively; and a second-gear signal line of the brake in the engine cylinder is respectively connected with a third-gear signal line of the hydraulic buffer switch and a fourth-gear signal line of the hydraulic buffer switch. According to the technical scheme, one auxiliary brake switch is adopted to control hydraulic buffer in-cylinder brake at the same time, one switch is omitted, cost is saved, the auxiliary brake switch is integrated on the right side windscreen wiper combination switch, operation is convenient, hydraulic buffer brake power and in-cylinder brake power are reasonably matched, and hydraulic buffer and in-cylinder brake performance is utilized to the maximum extent.

    本发明涉及一种重型卡车辅助制动开关及控制策略,辅助制动开关与雨刮组合开关集成,辅助制动开关分别控制液力缓速器及发动机缸内制动器;发动机缸内制动器开关信号线及液缓开关的B档信号线与辅助制动开关的B档连接,发动机缸内制动器1档信号线分别与液缓开关的1档信号线及液缓开关的2档信号线连接;发动机缸内制动器2档信号线分别与液缓开关的3档信号线及液缓开关的4档信号线连接。本技术方案采用一个辅助制动开关同时控制液缓和缸内制动,减少一个开关,节省成本,并且辅助制动开关集成在右侧雨刮组合开关上,操作方便,液缓制动功率与缸内制动功率合理搭配,最大程度的利用了液缓与缸内制动性能。
