In accordance with JIS K6270, when a test piece obtained by cutting a center portion of a dumbbell-shaped 8 # test piece by 1 mm perpendicular to a repeated stretching direction of the test piece is used and repeated stretching at a frequency of 10 Hz is applied under a condition of 150 DEG C, the inner layer rubber has a tensile strain within a range of 10%-30%. The number of repetitions until the test piece is destroyed is more than two times of the number of repetitions in the case of the sidewall reinforcing rubber. The ratio t2/t1 in a reference state is 0.05 to 0.30.
