The invention relates to a battery module, a manufacturing method of the battery module and a vehicle comprising the battery module. The battery module comprises a module body (1), wherein the module body (1) is provided with a cooling surface (11) coated with heat-conducting glue (3); the cooling component (2) comprises a cooling pipeline (21) and a plurality of fins (22), the cooling pipeline (21) and the fins (22) are fixedly connected with each other and extend by abutting against the cooling surface (11), so that gaps between the cooling pipeline (21) and the fins (22) are at least partially filled with the heat-conducting glue (3). According to the battery module disclosed by the invention, the heat exchange area of the cooling part can be increased while the weight is reduced, so that a better cooling effect is obtained.
