The invention discloses a microgravity suspension system, which comprises a microgravity subsystem used for placing a suspension sample and carrying out microgravity suspension simulation; the suspension simulation subsystem is used for calculating the real-time moving position of a suspension sample in the microgravity subsystem in the microgravity simulation process; the parameter setting subsystem is used for setting rotating speed parameters of the microgravity subsystem in the microgravity simulation process; the operation setting subsystem is used for calculating the minimum operation duration of the microgravity subsystem in the microgravity simulation process; and the experiment storage subsystem is used for storing the suspension sample position data, the rotating speed parameter and the operation duration data in each microgravity suspension simulation process. By obtaining the gravity response time and the motion acceleration of different cells, the optimal rotating speed and the operation duration of the random positioning instrument are set, the optimal experimental parameter requirements of different types of cells are met, and a theoretical basis is provided for a microgravity cell culture technology.
