The invention discloses a variable-amplitude safe operation range control method and device for a high-altitude operation vehicle. The control method comprises the steps that the supporting leg bridge expansion amplitude, the arm frame variable-amplitude angle, the vehicle frame inclination angle and the current arm frame elongation of the high-altitude operation vehicle are obtained; according to the bridge expansion amplitude of the supporting legs, the amplitude variation angle of the arm support and the inclination angle of the frame, the first arm support allowable elongation limited by the stability of the frame is obtained; according to the amplitude variation angle of the arm support, obtaining a second arm support allowable elongation limited by the strength of the arm support; the smaller value of the allowable elongation of the first arm support and the allowable elongation of the second arm support is used as the maximum allowable elongation of the arm support in the operation posture; and in response to the fact that the current extension amount of the boom is larger than or equal to the maximum allowable extension amount of the boom, outward extension of the boom is stopped, and variable-amplitude operation of the boom of the high-altitude operation vehicle is within the safe operation range. Real-time control over the variable-amplitude safe working range of the boom can be achieved, and full utilization of the working capacity of the whole truck is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种高空作业车辆变幅度安全作业范围控制方法及装置,控制方法包括:获取高空作业车辆的支腿扩桥幅度、臂架变幅角度、车架倾斜角度以及当前臂架伸长量;根据支腿扩桥幅度、臂架变幅角度及车架倾斜角度,得到由车架稳定性限制的第一臂架允许伸长量;根据臂架变幅角度,得到由臂架强度限制的第二臂架允许伸长量;将第一臂架允许伸长量和第二臂架允许伸长量中的较小值作为该作业姿态的最大臂架允许伸长量;响应于当前臂架伸长量大于等于最大臂架允许伸长量,停止臂架外伸,使高空作业车辆的臂架变幅度作业在安全作业范围内。本发明能够实现臂架变幅度安全工作范围的实时控制,实现整车作业能力的充分利用。
