The intelligent weighing container portal crane comprises a portal frame structure, a longitudinal moving structure is installed on the top of the portal frame structure, a transverse moving structure is installed on the longitudinal moving structure, a hoisting mechanism is installed on the transverse moving structure, the hoisting mechanism comprises an electric hoisting cable and a hoisting tool, and the hoisting tool hoists a container body. The lifting appliance is provided with a lock pin capable of automatically unlocking and locking and a locking sensor, and weighing devices are arranged at four corners of the lifting appliance and are integrated on the lock pin of the lifting appliance. Through a ground guiding system, a driver is guided to stop a container truck carrying a container body to be weighed at a designated position, and through a scanning sensing unit arranged in the system, actions such as container position detection, container searching by a lifting appliance, container alignment, container landing, locking, on-load lifting and the like are automatically completed, so that the automation and intelligence of container truck weighing are higher.

    本发明公开了智能化称量集装箱门式起重机包含门架结构,所述门架结构的顶部安装有纵移结构,纵移结构上安装横移结构,横移结构上安装起升机构,所述起升机构包含电动吊缆和吊具,吊具吊装集装箱本体,所述吊具设有自动开、闭锁的锁销以及落锁感应器,吊具四角处设有称重装置,称重装置集成于吊具的锁销上。通过地面引导系统,引导司机将载有待称重集装箱本体的集卡停在指定位置,通过系统内置的扫描感知单元自动完成集装箱位置检测、吊具寻箱、对箱、着箱、闭锁、带载起升等动作,使集卡称重自动化和智能化更高。
