The invention relates to the field of touch display, in particular to a touch-free elevator touch display device and a touch-free elevator control method. The touch-free elevator touch display device comprises a touch display screen which is connected with an elevator, is configured to display an elevator button interface comprising a plurality of buttons and is used for generating a corresponding touch instruction according to a touch signal generated by touching the buttons by a user or a received touch signal; the finger detection module is located below the touch display screen, connected with the touch display screen and used for detecting the real-time distance between the fingers of the passenger and a button displayed on the touch display screen, and when the reduction value of the real-time distance of the fingers of the passenger within a preset detection distance range reaches a preset threshold value, the button is displayed on the touch display screen; and generating a touch signal generated by the touch display screen when the corresponding button is touched, and sending the touch signal to the touch display screen. According to the touch-free elevator touch display device, when passengers take an elevator, the problems of disease infection, unclean sanitation and the like are solved.
