The first-position clutch mechanism is located at the thread position of the transmission shaft and is of a friction clutch structure. The two-position clutch mechanism is located at the position of a polished rod on the rear portion of the transmission shaft and is of an embedded type rapid clutch structure. And the pinion is a hand brake driving output wheel. A planetary gear train structure is adopted in the hand brake driving shaft assembly, coaxial amplification of input force by the hand brake driving shaft is achieved, multi-time amplification of the input force is achieved through a small space, and different transmission multiplying power can be obtained by adjusting tooth number configuration of a planetary gear train.
