The invention provides a torque distribution method and device of a vehicle and the vehicle. The torque distribution method comprises the steps that the actual opening degree of an accelerator pedal is obtained, and the current total torque requirement of a driver is determined according to the actual opening degree; calculating a front axle target distribution torque and a rear axle target distribution torque according to the current front axle torque distribution coefficient and the current total torque demand of the vehicle; a left front wheel target distribution torque and a right front wheel target distribution torque are obtained according to the current left front wheel torque distribution coefficient and the front axle target distribution torque of the vehicle, and a left rear wheel target distribution torque and a right rear wheel target distribution torque are obtained according to the current left rear wheel torque distribution coefficient and the rear axle target distribution torque of the vehicle. According to the method, the target distribution torque of each wheel can be determined through the torque distribution coefficients of the front and rear axles and the torque distribution coefficient of each wheel, the problems of acceleration slip, bend head pushing or drifting and the like caused by improper torque distribution of the front and rear wheels are solved, and the acceleration performance, sensitivity, passing ability and stability of vehicle response are improved.
