The invention provides a hybrid electric driving device which comprises a power dividing mechanism, a first motor, a second motor and a shell, and the power dividing mechanism comprises a first planet row and a second planet row; a first planet carrier is connected with an engine through an input shaft, a first sun gear is fixedly connected with a first rotor shaft, the first planet carrier is fixedly connected with a second sun gear, a first gear ring is fixedly connected with a second gear ring, and a second planet carrier is fixedly connected with a shunt output gear. The input shaft is fixedly connected with the first planet carrier; according to the hybrid electric driving device, the double-planet-row power dividing mechanism is adopted, the input shaft, the dividing output gear, the second planet row and the first planet row are sequentially and coaxially arranged from the engine to the first motor, and according to internal connection and external connection of the power dividing mechanism, only bearings need to be arranged at the two ends of components which are fixedly connected with one another; needle bearings are not needed, so that the number of the bearings is minimum, and the performance of the hybrid electric driving device is improved.
