本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用耐高温屏蔽高压电缆,其包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和护套层;所述绝缘层设在所述导体外,所述屏蔽层通过编织方式包裹在所述绝缘层外,所述护套层设在所述屏蔽层外;所述绝缘层和所述护套层均采用耐125℃高温的聚烯烃电缆料;所述屏蔽层由MOF修饰碳纤维与铜线复合编织而成,编织密度为75~80%,编织角度为65~75°。本发明的高压电缆,解决了现有电缆无法兼顾优异屏蔽效果和轻量化等问题,同时使其满足耐125℃高温、耐磨等性能要求。
