The invention relates to a multi-level monitoring and evaluating method for trunk road green waves. The problem of poor green wave coordination control effect of the urban traffic artery in the prior art is solved. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring traffic operation data and road network basic information data of an urban green wave trunk road; s2, constructing a multivariate index system; s3, results are calculated according to the multivariate index system; s4, analyzing the green wave problem of the trunk road according to a calculation result, evaluating the operation efficiency level and coordinating control parameters; and S5, outputting the coordination control parameters of the trunk road green waves as signals, transmitting the signals to signal machines of the intersections, and controlling and adjusting signal lamps of the corresponding intersections through the signal machines. The method has the advantages that the multi-element index system is constructed from the microscopic layer, the mesoscopic layer and the macroscopic layer, the running state of the trunk road green waves is calculated, monitored and evaluated, problems are found in time, an optimization scheme is provided, the running efficiency of the trunk road green waves is improved, traffic delay and the parking rate are reduced, and road traffic is optimized.

    本发明涉及一种干道绿波的多层次监测评估方法。它解决了现有技术中城市交通干道绿波协调控制效果不佳的问题。它包括呈S1、获取城市绿波干道的交通运行数据和路网基础信息数据;S2、构建多元指标体系;S3、根据多元指标体系分别计算结果;S4、根据计算结果分析干道绿波的问题,评估运行效率水平,协调控制参数;S5、将干道绿波的协调控制参数输出为信号传输给交叉口的信号机,通过信号机控制调整相应交叉口的信号灯。本发明的优点在于:从微观层、中观层、宏观层三个层次构建多元指标体系并计算并监测、评估干道绿波运行状态,及时发现问题并提出优化方案,使干道绿波的运行效率得到提升,减少了交通延误和停车率,优化了道路交通。
