The invention discloses an electromagnetic force calculation method for a medium-low-speed normal-conducting maglev train, and relates to the field of medium-low-speed normal-conducting maglev suspension guide systems, and the method comprises the following steps: calculating the magnetic field intensity of an electromagnet and a track according to finite element analysis and an equivalent magnetic circuit method; according to the magnetic field intensity of the electromagnet and the track, one-dimensional full-reluctance electromagnetic force of the electromagnet and the track is calculated; constructing a three-dimensional magnetic track interaction finite element model, and obtaining electromagnetic force simulation results of the three-dimensional magnetic track interaction finite element model under different conditions; and calculating the electromagnetic force of the electromagnet and the track according to the electromagnetic force simulation results of the one-dimensional full-reluctance electromagnetic force of the electromagnet and the track and the three-dimensional magnetic track interaction finite element model under different conditions. According to the method, the calculation precision of the electromagnetic force between the electromagnet and the rail can be effectively improved, and then the mechanism of vehicle rail coupling vibration can be determined.

    本发明公开了一种中低速常导磁浮列车电磁力计算方法,涉及中低速常导磁浮悬浮导向系统领域,该方法包括:根据有限元分析和等效磁路法计算电磁铁和轨道的磁场强度;根据电磁铁和轨道的磁场强度,计算电磁铁和轨道的一维全磁阻电磁力;构建三维磁轨相互作用有限元模型,并获取三维磁轨相互作用有限元模型在不同条件下的电磁力仿真结果;根据电磁铁和轨道的一维全磁阻电磁力和三维磁轨相互作用有限元模型在不同条件下的电磁力仿真结果,计算电磁铁和轨道的电磁力。本发明能有效地提高电磁铁和轨道间电磁力的计算精度,进而有助于确定车轨耦合振动的机理。
