The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle speed prediction, and discloses a vehicle speed multi-time scale prediction method, system and device, a medium and a terminal.The vehicle speed multi-time scale prediction method comprises the following steps that historical driving data is preprocessed, and a sub-database is established; training a long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network in an off-line manner, and establishing speed prediction sub-models facing different working conditions; and performing online multi-step speed prediction, identifying a driving mode in real time through fuzzy C-means clustering (FCM), and selecting a pre-trained LSTM speed prediction sub-model for prediction. The traditional speed prediction method cannot realize identification and self-adaption of different driving modes, the prediction accuracy is improved, and the method can realize accurate prediction of the vehicle motion state under the complex driving condition. The speed prediction method provided by the invention meets online implementation conditions, and can lay a foundation for real-time energy management of a power system, further reduction of the running cost of the whole vehicle and further optimization of the service life.

    本发明属于车速预测技术领域,公开了一种车速多时间尺度预测方法、系统、设备、介质及终端,所述车速多时间尺度预测方法包括以下步骤:对历史驾驶数据进行预处理,建立子数据库;离线训练长短期记忆(LSTM)神经网络,建立面对不同工况的速度预测子模型;在线多步速度预测,通过模糊C均值聚类(FCM)实时识别驾驶模式,并选择预训练好的LSTM速度预测子模型进行预测。传统速度预测方法无法实现对不同驾驶模式的识别和自适应,预测准确性还有提升空间,本发明可实现复杂驾驶条件下车辆运动状态的精准预估。本发明提出的速度预测方法满足在线实施条件,可为动力系统实时能量管理、整车运行成本进一步降低和服役寿命进一步优化奠定基础。
