The invention provides a high-efficiency vertical soil body conveying system and a construction method thereof.The high-efficiency vertical soil body conveying system comprises a pay-off unit arranged on a fixing frame, two steel wire ropes are oppositely wound on the two sides of the pay-off unit, the winding directions of the two steel wire ropes are opposite, and the steel wire ropes on the two sides are connected with a first grab bucket and a second grab bucket through pulleys correspondingly; and a first motor and a speed reducer for driving are arranged on the outer side of the pay-off unit. The device is ingenious in design and compact in structure, the efficiency of vertical soil body transportation can be greatly improved, meanwhile, safety and stability of construction are guaranteed, switching can be conducted among multiple modes according to needs, and good economic benefits are achieved.

    本发明提供一种高效率垂直土体输送系统及其施工方法,包括设置在固定架上的放线单元,放线单元的两侧相对绕设有两个钢丝绳,两个钢丝绳的绕设方向相反,两侧的钢丝绳分别通过滑轮连接有第一抓斗和第二抓斗,放线单元的外侧设有用于驱动的第一电机和减速器。本发明设计巧妙,结构紧凑,能大幅度挺好垂直土体运输的效率,同时保证施工的安全稳定,根据需要可在多个模态之间进行切换,具有良好的经济效益。
