The damping and buffering elevator safety tongs comprise a shell, two symmetrical clamping plates are arranged in the shell, the side portions of the clamping plates are connected with propelling plates through damping and buffering units made of the metal rubber, and the propelling plates on the two sides are driven by a cam transmission mechanism to move horizontally to be close to or away from each other. Compared with traditional elevator safety tongs, the elevator safety tongs have the advantages that the used structure is a movement mode that the sliding block moves along the wedge-shaped block, the action is violent at the initial stage of elevator stall, and a lift car has obvious vibration, and the stability in the movement process is improved by using a cam transmission mode; the damping buffer unit made of metal rubber is adopted, the damping characteristic is large, energy can be absorbed through friction between the metal rubber, and therefore the damping effect of the damping device is greatly improved, the instability of contact between the clamping plate and the elevator guide rail is relieved, and an elevator can run stably in the clamping process of the safety tongs.

    本发明涉及一种基于金属橡胶的减振缓冲电梯安全钳,包括壳体,所述壳体内部设置有两对称的夹紧板,所述夹紧板的侧部均经金属橡胶的减振缓冲单元连接有推进板,两侧的推进板经凸轮传动机构驱动进行相互平移靠拢或远离。相较于传统的电梯安全钳,使用的结构为滑块沿着楔形块移动的运动方式,在电梯失速的初始阶段动作比较剧烈,会使得轿厢有较为明显的振动,本发明通过使用凸轮传动的方式提高了运动过程中的平稳性;采用了金属橡胶的减振缓冲单元,具有较大的阻尼特性,能够通过金属橡胶之间的摩擦吸收能量,从而大幅提高减振装置的减振效果,减缓夹紧板与电梯导轨之间接触的不平稳性,使得电梯在安全钳夹紧的过程中能够较为平稳的运行。
