The anti-dazzling device comprises an electrochromic lens, an information acquisition module and a control module, the electrochromic lens is arranged on the automobile, and the lens surface of the electrochromic lens is located in the sight range of a driver in the automobile; the information acquisition module comprises a light intensity sensor, an infrared light source and an infrared camera, the light intensity sensor is used for acquiring the light intensity of the mirror surface side of the electrochromic lens, the infrared light source is used for emitting infrared rays to a driver, and the infrared camera is used for acquiring a micro expression image of the driver; the control module is connected with the electrochromic lens and the information acquisition module, when the light intensity does not reach a preset value, the control module sends out a first color changing signal according to the squinting degree of the human eyes in the micro-expression image so as to enable the electrochromic lens to change color, and when the squinting degree is serious, the electrochromic lens becomes darker.
