The invention provides a wireless charging control method and a wireless charging converter, and the method comprises the steps: determining a constant ratio of a current stage according to a reference constant current value and the input voltage of a transmitting end at the current charging stage of an energy storage module, and then determining a plurality of parameter pairs according to the constant ratio, each parameter pair comprises a conduction angle and an inductance value, determining the transmission efficiency corresponding to each parameter pair, determining a target parameter pair, adjusting the variable inductance according to the target inductance value in the target parameter pair, and determining an expected conduction angle according to the target conduction and the reference constant current value at the current stage, thereby controlling the on-off of the rectifier unit. By means of the method, under the condition that multi-stage constant current charging is guaranteed, the transmission efficiency is the highest, the equivalent load of the IPT converter is controllable, and therefore the situation that the conversion efficiency is obviously reduced under the condition that the equivalent load deviates from the ideal load is avoided.
