The invention relates to a high-voltage safety control system of an electric vehicle. The high-voltage safety control system comprises a battery box, a collision displacement sensor, a battery branch, a battery module, an excitation fuse, a distribution box, a main positive contactor, a main negative contactor, an emergency cut-off switch, a BMS controller, a CPDU central distribution controller, a high-voltage load and an instrument. The invention further relates to a high-voltage safety control method of the electric vehicle. The high-voltage safety control method comprises the steps that the collision criticality is obtained through evaluation; evaluating the damage severity of the battery pack; executing a high-voltage positive and negative electrode output cut-off control flow; and executing the internal cut-off control flow of the battery box. According to the method, the collision state under unique battery box arrangement such as bottom arrangement, side hanging and back arrangement of the commercial vehicle is accurately judged and reasonably dealt with; the safety of abnormal conditions is improved; the high-voltage loop of the vehicle can be quickly cut off under the battery collision and abnormal conditions, and the safety of passengers and the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及电动车辆的高压安全控制系统,包含电池箱、碰撞位移传感器、电池支路、电池模组、激励熔断器、配电箱、主正接触器、主负接触器、紧急切断开关、BMS控制器、CPDU中央配电控制、高压负载、仪表;本发明还涉及电动车辆的高压安全控制方法,包含步骤:评估得到碰撞危害度;评估电池包损伤严重度;执行高压正负极输出切断控制流程;执行电池箱内部切断控制流程。本发明应对商用车底置、侧挂、后背等独特的电池箱布置下的碰撞状态准确判断及合理应对;提高异常情况安全性;实现车辆在电池碰撞及非正常情况的高压回路的快速切断,保障了乘员、车辆的安全。
