According to the method for calibrating the oxygen partial pressure detection module of the oxygen production device of the airborne oxygen production system, the product gas electromagnetic valve and the calibration gas electromagnetic valve are additionally arranged in the airborne oxygen production device, and an aircraft control panel can send an instruction to an oxygen monitor to control the product gas electromagnetic valve to switch calibration gas and detection product gas; switching between normal work of an airplane airborne oxygen generation system and calibration of an oxygen partial pressure detection module is achieved, and an airplane control panel can send an instruction to an oxygen monitor to control a calibration gas electromagnetic valve to switch calibration air led out from an air entraining processing module and calibration oxygen led out from a secondary pressure reducer. Therefore, the calibration air and the calibration oxygen can be used for calibrating the oxygen partial pressure detection module, the operation is convenient and fast, the operation is flexible, additional ground support equipment is not needed, and the reclosing capability of the airplane can be improved.

    本申请提供一种飞机机载制氧系统制氧装置氧分压检测模块校准方法,在机载制氧装置中增设产品气电磁阀、校准气电磁阀,能够以飞机控制面板向氧气监控器发送指令控制产品气电磁阀对校准气、检测产品气进行切换,实现对飞机机载制氧系统正常工作与对氧分压检测模块进行校准之间的切换,且能够以飞机控制面板向氧气监控器发送指令控制校准气电磁阀对自引气处理模块引出校准空气、自二级减压器引出校准氧气进行切换,进而能够利用校准空气、校准氧气对氧分压检测模块进行校准,方便快捷,可灵活操作,不要设置额外的地面保障设备,可提高飞机的再出动能力。
