The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned forklifts, in particular to an unmanned forklift with a steering balancing device. The anti-toppling mechanism is used for preventing the unmanned forklift from rollover; the gravity center balance mechanism is used for counteracting the moment of force for enabling the unmanned forklift to topple over; and the automatic triggering mechanism is used for triggering the anti-toppling mechanism and the gravity center balancing mechanism to operate. According to the unmanned forklift with the steering balancing device, by arranging the gravity center balancing mechanism, when the centrifugal force of the unmanned forklift during steering reaches a certain value, the gravity center of the whole device can be shifted to the side of the bent center, and meanwhile, the gravity center is moved downwards so as to resist the centrifugal force and torsion enabling the forklift to have the dumping trend. When the forklift tilts, the moment of force enabling the forklift to tilt is offset due to the transfer of the gravity center position, so that the forklift is automatically corrected, the stability of the forklift in the steering process is improved, the speed of the forklift in the steering process can be increased, and the working safety and efficiency of the forklift are improved.
