The embodiment of the invention provides an engineering machinery overspeed fault identification method, a storage medium and a processor. The method comprises the steps that an action instruction sent by a user for a hoisting mechanism is obtained according to preset frequency, and a frequency converter is controlled to operate according to the action instruction so as to sequentially drive a motor, a speed reducer and a winding drum to operate; acquiring the current output frequency of the frequency converter and the first current rotating speed of the reel; acquiring a first operation parameter of the motor and a second operation parameter of the speed reducer; determining an overspeed threshold value of the winding drum under the current output frequency according to the first operation parameter, the second operation parameter, the current output frequency and a preset coefficient; and under the condition that the first current rotating speed is greater than the overspeed threshold, determining that the engineering machinery has an overspeed fault. According to the technical scheme, the corresponding overspeed threshold value can be determined according to the current output frequency of the frequency converter, and whether the engineering machinery has an overspeed fault or not can be recognized in time through the overspeed threshold value, so that safety measures can be taken in time, and the accident occurrence risk is reduced.

    本申请实施例提供一种用于工程机械超速故障的识别方法、存储介质及处理器。方法包括:按照预设频率获取用户发送的针对卷扬机构的动作指令,并根据动作指令控制变频器运行,以依次带动电机、减速机以及卷筒运行;获取变频器的当前输出频率以及卷筒的第一当前转速;获取电机的第一运行参数和减速机的第二运行参数;根据第一运行参数、第二运行参数、当前输出频率以及预设系数确定卷筒在当前输出频率下的超速阈值;在第一当前转速大于超速阈值的情况下,确定工程机械发生超速故障。通过上述技术方案,能够根据变频器的当前输出频率确定对应的超速阈值,通过该超速阈值及时识别工程机械是否发生超速故障,以能够及时采取安全措施,降低事故发生风险。
