    本发明涉及一种倒斜面大板块玻璃吊装装置及其施工方法,包括底座、玻璃骨架、悬挑梁、平移机构和提升机构,玻璃骨架处于倾斜状态;平移机构包括纵轨道、纵移底座、固定结构,基座上设置有纵轨道,纵移底座滑动设置在纵轨道上;提升机构包括软轨道、绷紧器、吊绳、定滑轮和卷扬机,软轨道间隔布置有两条,在纵移底座上设置有横轨道,横移底座上滑动套装在横轨道内,定滑轮安装在悬挑梁上,玻璃车的底部设置有扣轮,扣轮对应扣装在软轨道上,卷扬机的牵引绳绕过上部的定滑轮并连接在玻璃车上;本发明布置了与玻璃骨架相适配的倾斜软轨道,并在软轨道上设置了玻璃车结构,利用玻璃车移动装置将大板块玻璃进行上下吊运,方便幕墙玻璃板上下吊运安装。
