The invention relates to a fixed crane grab bucket opening and closing dynamic control system which comprises a setting switch (1), a grab bucket handle (2), a host PLC (3), a first lifting control assembly and a second lifting control assembly, and one end of the host PLC (3) is connected with the setting switch (1) and the grab bucket handle (2) at the same time. The other end of the lifting control assembly I and the lifting control assembly II are controlled by adopting PROFINET communication; according to the technical scheme, positioning and measuring devices such as an incremental encoder and a counting PLC are arranged in an electric control system of the fixed crane, through system integration with an original lifting control mechanism and host PLC program optimization programming, opening and closing speed reduction and stop limiting in the grab bucket operation process are simulated, electric automatic control over a grab bucket opening and closing mechanism is achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
