The invention discloses a hydraulic double-tensioning device for driving a monorail crane, comprising: a monorail crane guide rail, the front and rear side surfaces of which are provided with guide rail grooves; the driving frame is provided with walking wheels and a braking mechanism, the walking wheels are in rolling contact with the lower groove wall of the guide rail groove, and a braking friction block on the braking mechanism is in friction contact with the guide rail groove; the driving tensioning mechanism comprises two mounting sleeves, first hinge plates and second hinge plates are fixed to the outer side walls of the mounting sleeves at intervals, and the two first hinge plates are hinged to the front side wall and the rear side wall of the driving frame correspondingly; the two driving hydraulic motors are fixedly sleeved with the two mounting sleeves respectively, driving wheels are fixed to driving shafts of the two driving hydraulic motors, and the two driving wheels make rolling contact with the groove bottom faces of the two guide rail grooves respectively; and the double-hydraulic driving cylinder is fixed to the driving frame, and the two driving ends of the double-hydraulic driving cylinder are hinged to the two second hinge plates correspondingly. The tensioning force of the driving wheel and the rail of the device can be finely adjusted, and the device can adapt to different working conditions.

    本发明公开了一种用于单轨吊驱动的液压双涨紧装置,包括:单轨吊导轨,其前后侧面上均具有导轨槽;驱动架,其上设有行走轮和制动机构,行走轮与导轨槽的下槽壁滚动接触,制动机构上的制动摩擦块与导轨槽摩擦接触;驱动涨紧机构,其包括:两个安装套筒,其外侧壁上均间隔固定有第一铰接板和第二铰接板,两个第一铰接板分别与驱动架的前后侧壁铰接;两个驱动液压马达,其分别套固在两个安装套筒内,两个驱动液压马达的驱动轴均固定有驱动轮,两个驱动轮分别与两个导轨槽的槽底面滚动接触;双液压驱动缸,其固定在驱动架上,双液压驱动缸的两个驱动端分别与两个第二铰接板铰接。该装置的驱动轮与轨道的涨紧力可进行微调,可适应不同的工况。
