The invention relates to a hoisting method for a truss arc-shaped component of a double-crane hoisting stock yard. The hoisting method comprises the following steps: determining the positions of two groups of double hoisting points of the arc-shaped component; according to the weight of the arc-shaped component, two cranes meeting the load requirement are selected; pulley mechanisms are additionally arranged on hook heads of the two cranes respectively, and the two steel wire ropes penetrate through the upper portions of pulleys of the two pulley mechanisms respectively; the two ends of the two steel wire ropes are connected to the corresponding double lifting points on the arc-shaped component respectively; and hoisting of the arc-shaped component is completed by controlling the two cranes. According to the hoisting method for hoisting the arc-shaped component of the truss in the stock yard by using the double cranes, the pulley mechanism is additionally arranged on the hook head of the crane, so that when the arc-shaped component of the truss in the stock yard is hoisted by using the double cranes, the angle can be stably changed in the hoisting process of the double cranes, the dynamic balance in the hoisting process of the double cranes is kept, and the hoisting stability is improved; and the hoisting is safer. Meanwhile, the abrasion degree of the crane hook head can be reduced, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种双机抬吊料场桁架弧形构件的吊装方法,其包括如下步骤:确定弧形构件的两组双吊点的位置;根据弧形构件的重量,选择两台满足载荷要求的吊车;在两台吊车的钩头上分别加装滑轮机构,并将两根钢丝绳分别穿过两个滑轮机构的滑轮上部;将两根钢丝绳的两端分别连接在弧形构件上对应的双吊点上;通过操控两台吊车完成对弧形构件的吊装。本发明提供的双机抬吊料场桁架弧形构件的吊装方法,通过在吊车钩头上加装滑轮机构,对料场桁架弧形构件进行双机抬吊时,能够确保双机抬吊过程中平稳改变角度,保持双机抬吊过程中的动态平衡,提高吊装时的稳定性,使得吊装更加安全。同时,能够降低吊车钩头的磨损程度以及延长钢丝绳的使用寿命。
