The embodiment of the invention provides a frozen orbit initial parameter determination method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining an initial average semi-major axis, an initial average orbit inclination angle, an initial average latitude argument and an initial average ascending node right ascension of a target frozen orbit, and taking the initial average semi-major axis, the initial average orbit inclination angle, the initial average latitude argument and the initial average ascending node right ascension as initial orbit constant parameters; orbit extrapolation is carried out according to the initial orbit constant parameters and initial orbit to-be-optimized parameters including the initial average perigee argument and the initial average eccentricity, and orbit performance indexes, with the initial orbit to-be-optimized parameters as variables, of the target frozen orbit are obtained; the orbit performance index is the range of the average eccentricity and/or the average perigee argument during the service life of the satellite; and with the minimization of the orbit performance index as an optimization target, solving the initial orbit to-be-optimized parameters to obtain a target initial average perigee argument and a target initial average eccentricity rate. And the accuracy of determining the initial average perigee argument and the initial average eccentricity of the frozen orbit is improved.

    本发明实施例提供了一种冻结轨道的初始参数确定方法及装置,方法包括:确定目标冻结轨道的初始平均半长轴、初始平均轨道倾角、初始平均纬度幅角和初始平均升交点赤经,作为初始轨道常量参数;根据初始轨道常量参数、包括初始平均近地点幅角和初始平均偏心率的初始轨道待优化参数进行轨道外推,得到目标冻结轨道的以初始轨道待优化参数为变量的轨道性能指标;轨道性能指标为卫星寿命期间平均偏心率和/或平均近地点幅角的极差;以最小化轨道性能指标为优化目标,求解初始轨道待优化参数,得到目标初始平均近地点幅角和目标初始平均偏心率。提升了确定冻结轨道的初始平均近地点幅角和初始平均偏心率的精度。
